There are NO screenshots on the webpage, which means none of the screenshots we have seen are officially released. I guess we'll see more when the game is ready to be shown. Mostly there is very little new content on the page..

It actually only contains wallpapers, but they could be ingame renditions... i hope so ;-)

However, the other screenies seen oround are official. Not all, but some of them are officially provided by ms.

This is feeling more, and more like a big gag by Rare. I'm serious.

They're gonna pull the real thing out at the last minute, have a big laugh at everyone, and the game will kick so much ass, we'll forgive them.
 
You know, weak as they are, I could probably put up with the graphics, but the whole art and design is so disgusting (and sadly, not likely to undergo major changes before the game's released), that I'm not sure I'll ever be able to stand playing this game.

I wonder if that Proximity Mine from Super Smash Brothers Melee eventually shows up in PDZ or not, heh!

Edit for clarity: There is a "Proximity Mine" trophy in SSBM, description says it's from a "Classified" game. Looks quite PD.

Ok, all those who say that I'm spinning explain WHY any of the screenshots aren't on the official webpage? They're obviously holding off screenshots until they're satisfied with the way the game looks.

That doesn't mean they weren't official. Fan feedback was horrible, I don't see why they would continue showing those shots. (so basically what sporks said)

You know, that's EXACTLY what I think of her design. Not only in those...ermm..."trendy" clothes, but the more official looking suit too.

I could so picture them in those stupid kids shows which you probably thought were awesome when you were younger but, now looking back, are just lame. All the clothes we've seen so far are better suited to some sort of five 13 year olds are dragged into the future where they fight an evil guy to save the environment style storyline.

It'd be hilariously bad if I hadn't liked the original's style so much.

EDIT: This also goes for wallguy and his mates, they'd be perfect for the fodder in those type of shows.

I really like it. Guess I'm different from you guys or something, but it really appeals to me.
 
So Rare is now going after the MTV watching set with this game? Makes sense I guess.... Still a stupid move, and who else thinks this is just another major shift to the game that's just been made in the past 48 hours, like all the other ones?

Rare just needs to pick a vision and just stick with it. The fact that they never stuck with the Anime version just proves that they are scared and lack balls.

And I liked the setting of PD too, and this just looks so generic it hurts.



And I'm all for Rare pulling a fast one and showing it looking great. But it won't show us up - I've had a fucking great laugh, and I think they should get some kind of comedy award.

Pathetic art, it continues to show MS's influence in trying to "be cool". Just as they totally xboxed Allard, their totally xboxing Joanna.
 
I don't get the complaints about the design. Perfect Dark was a great game but the character design was just as bad if not worse than this new stuff.
