BTW, what do you mean when you say demo numbers?

So basically some viewers in certain age brackets matter a lot more to advertisers than other viewers in different age brackets. The big one is people aged 18-49. When you see a demo number of 2.7 or whatever, that's telling you how strong the show was with that age bracket/demographic.

After reading so many people do it I'm watching all over again, currently up to ep 21 from S01,

Basically from from 18 and up every EP IS FUCKING AMAZING.
+ Elias reveal ep still is fantastic.

Man those where the days of nothing NOTHING and being on the EDGE of my seat EVERY single week and loving it.

Out of curiosity I went through both PoI's and NCIS's schedule this season, NCIS had one less week break. So it's not just PoI, CBS just fucking loves week breaks.

It's more than them too, Arrow had a bunch of breaks this season as well (though not as many as POI iirc) and it was annoying as shit. Wish companies would stop doing it.

Oh, that's interesting. Thanks!

We should totally do a group rewatch of the entire series when we get more S4 info.

It's the downside of having shows start in September. None of them are 30 episode seasons, most are between 20 and 22 episodes. But everyone of them wants to have their finales in May (May Sweeps). So, gotta have some breaks in there.

Either be gone for 3 months post Christmas, or have breaks.

Shows that run through all the episodes in a row (or maybe only have a week or 2 off), start in January (24 and Lost started this, they'd start in January/February, and end in May)

Networks are experimenting with ways to cut down on breaks. Keep an eye on how Agents of Shield does when it returns in the spring. If it does well we'll see a lot more "filler" series like Agent Carter to bridge autumn and spring runs.

Binged through all of season 3 and I gotta say it was fantastic. I enjoy that the show stays character-driven but never becomes too comfortable or in-jokey, and builds an overarching plot with good twists and suspense without relying on surprises. The shift from season 1 to 3 reminds me a lot of Deep Space 9 which is one of my favorite shows.

I wasn't particularly interested in the Decima/Greer subplot at first because it was shaping out to be the generic "greedy corporation wants to abuse X for profit", and probably eventually when Harold's warnings go unheeded their AI turns evil, but Greer immediately putting Samaritan in charge makes me really look forward to season 4 because of how interesting that premise is.

Guys, Watch_Dogs really is like Person of Interest if bad guys could shoot a lot better.

I love walking down the street and detecting a crime by listening to a cell phone conversation. Although Aiden is a bit more brutal than Reese.

And Lonestar showed me the power of Samaritan when he wrecked my chance at getting away from his police.

We need to make sure that whoever is in-game (if on PS4), record it or stream it. I want to see the anarchy.

Opened up Steam Pipes and a Heavy Armored Swat Van (something like that). Can't remember who I unleashed that on, as I think I only played you once, really early with the default loadout.

If bad guys could shoot better? Damn, dude, I'm getting my ass handed to me on Realistic.

Patience...of which I have none...

The writers are already back on the job!

Finally stated watching this show, just finished episode 13 of season 1.

My exact reaction when the other hacker called him Harold:

Please keep posting what you think about the rest of the series because its going to blow your freaking mind.

We just call it:
THIS SHOW

Because every ep could be a movie and/or a season final for any other show on tv.
Its just that good :D

The Steam equivalent of the drunk friend who keeps offering to pay your tab all night.
I forgot Bear was only in season 2, thats what happens when you binge it I guess. Also, that season 1 finale is still awesome

Searching the image that Sober posted, I found a website called "Nolan Fans", and turns out Warner Bros. has launched a "For Your Consideration" Website for Person of Interest for the Emmy Voting Committee!

The episodes submitted are The Crossing and The Devil's Share, however according to the post in that forum, 6 episodes in total will be put forth to the judges.

I'm hoping for the final episodes. It's the mere definition of "shit getting more real until it's as real as it gets".

Yes it really deserves some recognition, this is a show that can repeat 24 feat of winning emmy's being a network tv show

Fantastic!

I hope they get some nominations for Taraji. Please win best drama (I know BB will win it).

About to start my S1 re-watch this week as I wait for the NBA finals.

I wish I could be watching it for the first time, so much has happened...

It was odd seeing people hate that music, just because it's Radiohead. Similar feeling to people that hate the show with words like "disgust."

It's also odd to see people say Jim doesn't act well, when I really don't think a former Green Beret/CIA assassin is all color and rainbows. Not to mention Jim does show emotion when the character needs it.

Devil's Share, mayne, Devil's Share.

His flashbacks involving Jessica at the airport, then at the house with her husband. Jim does Broken Down Pain well.

Caviezel would have made an amazing Batman on-screen.

How things could have been.

When Reese loses somebody, it's like a raw nerve has been exposed. Caviezel nails it so well.

He proved many time he's a good actor, people don't realize that the character has that personality. He's a very controlled individual much like Shaw, they can show emotions most of time and surely they can't loose the control of them.

Jim Cavizel is also pretty good in Frequency

Weird story time, but, for the past couple of years this DVD has been sitting on top of a small shelf in my hallway and every time I pass it on the way to my room I think "I should watch this movie" and then proceed to walk past it and never watch it.

Maybe I should actually watch it >_>

have you see it one time at least? I have rewatched it a couple of weeks ago and I did like more this time than the first time.
