11:10 AM is right. Episode 1 of PSC aired at 9:00 PM JST on a Friday (8 AM EST Friday), while episode 2 aired at midnight on a Friday in Japan (11:00 AM EST Thursday).

I wouldn't be so sure about that. Plus, we already know that there's DLC as an extra scenario that takes place after the events of P4AU.

But Rise and Ken will definitely not be DLC characters. They wouldn't be promoted like this if they were... uh, well Rise wouldn't be.

I think that's one of the only pairings I've never actually seen in the fandom.(And I thought you'd be best qualified to have an opinion on it) The only time I entertained the thought, I envisioned them as a belligerent couple where Rise is wearing the pants in the relationship and generally giving the poor git hell.

I just like the idea of angry Rise in general.

I think it's because they have very poor chemistry in general. Aside from Chie, Yosuke doesn't really mesh with any of the other girls in the investigation team (for obvious reasons).

With the exception of Yosuke navigator dlc (I know boo me, Yosuke sux) I held off on P4A dlc, but if Ultimax has stuff like additional scenarios, challenges, characters, etc. I probably will end up buying it, even if it is day 1.
