Weazie (female, whippet/shepherd mix) on the left and Ming (male, boxer/shepherd mix) on the right. Got 'em from the pound about 4 years ago. I was just interested in Ming, but supposedly these two were inseparable at the pound and she had a tough life before coming to the pound, so dog softie I am, I took 'em both. And I'm glad I did, they're both teriffic.

That pit mix with the brindle coloring is just beautiful. ^^ I love dogs with brindle coloring; even if that was achieved through mixed breeding. Sometimes the mixes are the cutest! =D

*forgoto to say: Fennec Fox is right. ferrets are awesome!

ive adopted a ton of ferrets (all from friends of friends who got them and then decided they didnt want to put in the work to take care of them. almost as much work as dogs to care for! caution.)

ive had up to 10 at one time. they are super fun critters. prone to some really crappy health issues, unfortunately.

you cant even imagine how much cuter he is in real life (im talking over the top cuteness). i never was a real fan of the brindle coloring until i got Archie. i like it a lot now.

he's a real mutt though bred by people who didnt know wtf they were doing and for all the wrong reasons. still he's gorgeous and a sweety.

Took these of our Italian Greyhound today:

The wifey and I had this baby about a year ago:

Her name is Willow Ferret Connery. She also goes by her nickname Ferrbear, which I came up with in about two seconds after seeing the Werebears in Diablo 2 expansion. Can also be called Coonbear (looks like a raccoon), Ferris, Ferris Wheel, etc.

Your wife gave birth to a ferret? Awesome!

So, are all you Ferret-agers dealing with shedding right now? Doga (the darker one) is practically snowing right now

Got a new ferret recently. Named her Thin Lizzy 'cause she skinny and rocks.

I'll try to get pics of her up soon. My god is she devious and evil compared to my angel Peach (shown in my post above). She's already taken my wallet -which I thought to be permanently gone/lost- for a week in her secret hiding spot, and I know she's gone for my keys too. :lol

She's not very smart and tries to bring the hugest things into her spot.

Things she's tried to drag into her spot but failed(opening in dresser is very small):
Empty 2-liter coke bottle
An entire bag of groceries
Various empty cans of soda
Air freshener spray cans
Shaving cream can
40-inch fan by the cord

She seems to have a fetish for wrappings of any kind, be they gum, bag of chips (empty), and anything else that's shiny or plastiky. She makes them into some sort of carpet for her mini-apartment underneath the dresser.

Ferrets really are the best pets in the world.

We can't have a dog or a cat at our place, so my fiance and I got a blue Betta named Ame (Ah-may). I've had Betta's for a long time, but this is the most spastic fish I've ever seen.

Ferrets creep me out something fierce.
