Most dogs are cool, except for the one that ate the electronics out of my earbuds this morning.

I kid you not, there was nothing but the plastic shells and the wires.

Here's my bearded dragon. He's a pretty cool lizard, really laid-back most of the time, but he'll do some entertaining stuff if you put him on the floor, and it's fun to watch him eat crickets.

Behold! The terror of the cottage! Many sleepess nights went into the capture of this fell beast, and alas, we kept him and named him Marlon Perkins.

.......actually, we let him go, but not before punishing his dastardly deeds with a discipline cookie....

My pound puppy from the animal shelter on Japonica Street in New Orleans.. Jacob Japonica Roux.
Spoiled rotten, breaks-up his speech into syllables, and likes to sit on the couch and watch football with me.

Dog normally doesnt get dressed up or anything like that. Verry old tie my dad had somewhere but never wore (lol).

I have one Staffy and one cat, but she just had 4 kittens. Then we'll keep one of them and get another dog closer to christmas.

Haven't decided which breed yet.

I'll get pics later.

I miss my cat. He passed away a couple months ago at the ripe age of 15. I still can't fathom ever owning another pet, because he was my best buddy since I was 7-years-old. It's nice to see your guys' pets though. Some of these pictures are priceless.

My mean ass cat with a goate

I don't have a pet but I've always wanted a dog. I am wondering though, how do pet owners deal with the eventual death of their pet? Do they stop owning pets altogether? Part of the reason why I don't have a pet yet is because I can only imagine how sad I would be when my pet pass away.

This train of thought is troubling. Do you never get in a relationship even though you know it will come to an end sooner or later? Enjoy them while you have them, they will give you years of joyful memories. It does make me sad when I think that someday they will be gone, but I know I that we will have tons of great moments before that happens.

Breed it and keep some of the offspring.
It will help you deal with the loss knowing you have it's son or daughter with you.

EDIT:ERR stupid photobucket!

Seriously one of the saddest moments in my life when we had to put our 17-year old Golden Retriever to rest because she had a number of ailments. She was such a huge part of my childhood, and did a lot of cute things on her own. We didn't have to walk her, all we did was let her out the door, and she would go down around my neighborhood's circle, and then back (yes without getting hit by cars). Really one of the gentlest creatures I've ever known.

I didn't add any kind of effect to this picture, and was pretty shocked when I first saw it! :lol

You should put a caption on this picture. Prime material.

I got rid of all my cats a few months ago. No pets. :(
