Shih-tzu's rock. They have the best personalities among dogs. Very fun, active, lovable and never one to shy away from a cuddle.
My mum has one at home and whenever I am over there and crash on the couch, her shih-tzu Rocky loves to sleep on the couch with me warming my feet.

No idea. Last year she got sick so we took her to the vet for some shots and she got better. She doesn't walk or swim and hasn't for a while. She has feeling in her legs but she just doesn't move them. I give her food but she just scoffs at it and shakes her head
Might have her euthanized this week instead of having her starve herself.

This thread has put me in a much better mood. One of my dreams and goals in life is to get both dog and cat. I really want to have animals and plants and organic life in my apartment/house. I think its important.
Anyone got one of does Egyptian Mau cats? They are awesome. I want one of does. The reason why the Egyptians worshipped does kinds of cats like gods 8000 years ago, was because of their intelllegence.
I like that cats are independant. Unlike dogs which will obey and like their masters even if they beat them, you have to earn a cats love. Its not just gonna come, and thats an uniqe relationship as far as pets go, IMO.
I do think that cats can be somewhat arrogant, but who can denie that cats are not ultra cute when their doing their purrs and sitting in your lap???

Agreed. I have an awesome dog and love her to death, but she recently got heart worms, and it's really taking a toll on her. We are giving her medicine and stuff, but it's lead to other problems like congestive heart failure, and she's been having seizures regularly. Hopefully she'll pull out of it when the heartworms are all gone...
