Well, Phil had a strategy but it failed. Then Satya came in and put his foot down. Though it's fair to ask why Phil hasn't been replaced when he is implementing a strategy he doesn't seem to be a fan of.

Phil Spencer didn't age well.
He hasn't really answered the value proposition of why anyone should choose an Xbox next-gen - but perhaps they'll do something new and that's to come.
The concern I want him to address is, so there are no first party exclusives, but for those who do buy a next-gen Xbox, how do you guarantee them third party games? Some are already skipping the Series X. What happens when the next console sells 1/4 of what the S/X does? How do they keep third party games launching on the platform with such a small install base?
