Haha... It is less unrealistic than many of the others. They already make games like Resogun and SSHD together. Perhaps they could 'promote' them to AAA development like they did with RAD.

Housemarque (+ Sony XDev team) is a good pick. I think Guerrilla Cambridge or London Studio are good contenders for development as well.
