3 widescreens side by side is overkill on the horizontal aspect ratio...

it's more suitable to maybe 3 4:3s or maybe 16:9 center, 4:3 sides.

At the montreal Car show, they had a 4 screens setup mounted on a hydrolic system. There was 3 screens inside this frame of a car and another screen was showing an outside view of the car driving around.

Obviously, Montreal > the world.

Not to burst your bubble but I saw this at the Philly car show this weekend. Suburu had the setup. It'd be a shame to have to send Triumph back up there to finish the job. :)

No one wants a seam in the middle.
Need to output it using 3 projectors :D Would need an absolutely huge wall to display it on, but if aligned properly, that would just look insane. :D

Why have it so it would only look right if the tvs were parallel to each other? I want to angle F355.

F355 was great because the two outer screens showed you the front pillars and side windows of the Ferrari IIRC. You really felt like you were inside the cockpit.

Eh, you both suck...I played the Subaru GT4 setup at the Toronto Auto Show a year ago. So HA!

Yah, and I played it at Polyphony's offices back in like... August. Cost me like $5 to get there... whereas a ticket to Montreal is what, like $800? :)

That Subaru setup is making the rounds, I played a few rounds in the South Florida International Auto Show in early November. No one visited the Subaru booth either so I got to play a good while. Only having two tracks and a 3 (maybe more, I forget) cars really sucked though. :(

considering the amount people pay to have flight sim setups with HOTAS/multiple PCs, multiple monitors, this is very doable.

Just three cheap LCD monitor/TVs/three $150 PS2s/three $50 software. Very cheap. Looks awesome too, and definetly worth borrowing some work projectors for the odd weekend :)

Need some in cockpit shots though.
