I wonder what GAF could be.

Wow that is so accurate, can somebody draw that scenario? An arcade with no electricity, so everyone just stands around talking about games. For no apparent reason, slightly less than half of the crowd stands outside the arcade and spend all of their time reading news off their smartphones, gossiping and forming cliques.

Most accurate description of GAF I've ever heard. An arcade with no electricity, so everyone just stands around talking about games. For no apparent reason, slightly less than half of the crowd stands outside the arcade and spend all of their time reading news off their smartphones, gossiping and forming cliques.
.
My god this is amazing. An arcade with no electricity, so everyone just stands around talking about games. For no apparent reason, slightly less than half of the crowd stands outside the arcade and spend all of their time reading news off their smartphones, gossiping and forming cliques.
This is... exactly how I feel...Best thread title.

You're welcome, laughgaf. also blaze it
I'd better bring the portable generator then, because I plan to play the hell out of some videogames today.
The point is that the internet location has to make sense as a real-life location. Nobody actually plays games via GAF, it's just a discussion group to talk about games. The actual gameplay is external to the site, it's just where everyone congregates.
It could have just as easily been a game store without any stock or a lunchroom at the nerdiest school in the world. It's extra funny because worded that way, it plays into the "Nobody on GAF plays videogames, they just bitch about them" joke.
Well, that's me told.
What is Clyde doing?
Delivering bricks of cocaine to corporate offices apparently. God's work.
CoD world championships?
