I have a huge folder of the original avatars for anyone I've ever edited, mostly because for some stupid reason you can't copy/paste an image into PhotoShop and retain alpha transparency. Unfortunately Theecliff wasn't one of the avatars, but it looks like Uber has him covered anyway.

No, I just know how to Google "Theecliff" and find his Steam avatar.



That's alway bugged me. Wonder if there's a workaround. Anyway yeah, I got him covered... have some Über shades:

save it to your computer then drag it into photoshop. for some reason ps destroys the alpha channel if you're pasting from the clipboard

I'm on Mac using Safari and I'm 100% certain I can copy png files with transparency from Google images into Photoshop.

I think I know how you did this. You already saved the doge image to file, then opened it in PS. From there, you copied it into the pink document like normal, then closed the other file so we wouldn't see it. Then in the pink document you hit Cmd-Z so it would appear like there was only one layer in the document. Then you tabbed back over to Chrome and started the recording. You may or may not have copied the doge image to your clipboard. After tabbing back to PS, you hit Cmd-Z again instead of Cmd-V. That way it would appear like you were pasting in the image but actually you were just reverting an undo.
