The Playboy Mansion in Holmby Hills, CA, is up for sale. Playboy Enterprises has put a price tag of $200 million on it.

However, it's being listed as a "living estate," which means whoever purchases it has to allow 89-year-old Hugh Hefner to continue renting until he eventually dies. Hefner currently lives there with his wife and December 2009 Playmate of the Month, 29-year-old Crystal Harris.

Hefner originally bought the mansion in 1971 for then-record $1.05 million.
