Playboy: Millenials are less interested in breasts than older generations

Glad to see having larger breasts also isn't as high of a priority as it was, while nothing wrong with larger breasts I admit that I have at times felt less desirable not having an larger then average-ish chest and any positive trend with self acceptance/acceptance in general if more then great to see!
That's what I took away from this too. Hopefully, this is the start of a larger trend towards less rigid beauty standards.

It's probably cause porn is so easy to find now.

20 years ago seeing a pair of titties was a grandiose thing, nowadays people can't even get it up unless they go tongue-deep in the fartbox first

Nah, it's my failure/defect. Oh well.
Most men like a wide variety of body types, as long as it's in the healthy range. Yes, we have preferences, but there are a lot of things that we find attractive about women.

This thread is the opposite of encouraging in my eyes.

Nothing but a constant stream of men talking in a public(ish) space about their preferences around women's bodies. Whereas if you ask in the "Girls Answer Questions" thread what our preferences are you'll get a myriad of answers, often seeing the old refrain "personality is important", here it's just constant interjections about butts and boobs and maybe faces too sometimes and also "thicc" and maybe thighs and and and...

I know this is the whole point of the thread, but damn, man. Nothing about this makes me feel good. I don't exactly enjoy the idea of being judged on my sexual attractiveness above all else from the start. Especially given that I'm not exactly attractive by any of the measures in this thread. Bleh.

There's a real "boy's club" feeling I get from threads like these. Very common around here. Not exactly a welcoming feeling.

Boobs have always just been extra credit. You can't really do much with boobs. They're neat and all, but yeah.

Legs > everything, though.

Breasts are overrated. I think I'm actually more attracted to flat-chested girls because they deserve more love.

Yeah that trend is true with me. A great ass is the best thing ever, while good boobs are just a nice bonus, I really don't care if a girl has a flat chest.

This post sounds so objectifying but the topic is literally about the female body so yeah.

Is there a GAF poll on this? Because I am a millennial (32) and probably "just as interested in boobs" as the generations prior to me.

Boobs maybe life, but give me a great ass, thighs that can squash me and hold me, and with a smile.... You can pretty much put me in a hold I will never leave from regardless of breasts..

Men are less evolved sexually (for lack of a better term).

Expecting, wanting, or even hoping for straight men to not act like animals when it comes to ass 'n titties is like throwing a shiny toy for a dumb little puppy and hoping he won't chase after it. Maybe in a few hundred thousand years men will have evolved beyond desiring physical attractiveness, but at that point women will still be several hundred thousands years ahead.

In fairness this is a thread about search terms on porn sites. It seems logical that the discussion would be about physical preferences rather than emotional/other factors.

Other girly threads will have a girl's club feeling, I don't see your point? I mean I see it but I don't see how it is surprising.

It's a simply case of numbers, majority of men and this subject gets these kind of results!

And yet somehow queer men manage to (most of the time) treat the men they're physically attracted to well without acting like a dumb puppy. It can't be biological.

It probably has something to do with the low expectations you're setting for yourself.

Maybe it's specifically straight men who are less evolved sexually. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

There are a lot of men out there who are attracted to ass and/or titties and they can't really help it. That was basically my only point.

The thing is that, thanks to being a part of a marginalized group, women tend to be far more cognizant about the skeeviness of objectifying people than men are and you won't see us doing this shit nearly as often even in "girl's club" scenarios. This is also likely at least partly biological, but, well, I'd still rather see more posts disputing the whole premise of the thread than to see people just blindly listing the parts of my body they'd find most attractive.

My expectations are clearly too high.
It's almost like that's what the entire topic of the thread is.
The topic of the thread is also about a generational divide (as meagre as the evidence for that may be), but as it turns out, most posters just want to participate in another boobs vs ass post war.

I respect the actual topic of the thread about as much as everyone else here.
From the start of what?
From the first sighting.

Why above all else? People finding that certain physical aspects attract them more than others doesn't mean that its the most important thing to them. If you say you like a guy with a nice smile or even a nice ass, that doesn't mean that you only judge people based on that attribute. Its just something you notice first when you see the person.

People have their preferences physically but unless the person is a psycho that's not the only thing you'll be judged on.

To be fair, some gay men actually objectify other men a lot. So yeah, part of it is probably biological.

Yup.

If this was an open thread about what I look for in a partner I'd personally have a very different sort of response. If it was a thread about what I like most about my current partner, it would be a different response from that last one.

But this is a thread about an article positing that men are less interested in boobs because of porn search terms... guess what people are going to talk about?

The other day there was a post of a buff model looking biker guy on Facebook and a lot of the nearly 5000 comments are pretty obscene and they're from *gasp* women. I don't blame them though lol I'm a dude but the guy was clearly a looker. So it goes both ways.

And your sexual attractiveness is literally what you will almost always be judged on from the start if you're meeting in person. There isn't really any getting around that. You just need confidence and to not compare yourself to these people you see who look like/are models. You do not have to be that to be sexy/beautiful. Get that through your head. It's 100% truth.

You can be confident, you can be nice, you can be fun, you can have a good personality, you can be funny, you can have a cute smile... and so on. There's a million ways to be sexy/beautiful without looking like a model.
