Stupid maintenance or whatever.
I can see and buy other games from the Vita store, just not the one I want.

PS4 could be Secret Ponchos. I'm hoping for it, it looked pretty sweet & was announced as a Plus game. Just not sure whether it's ready for release.

Yea you would need to have "bought" the PS4 version back when it was on PS+ to get the vita version free now. As an aside, you can "buy" free PS+ games on the web store for systems you don't own, so if you had PS+ back then you could have claimed Don't Starve even without the system, and have it for if you ever get a PS4 in the future or for future cross buy.

Should have "bought it".

Rule n°1 for Plus: always "buy" every game, even if you don't own the console or have no intention of playing it anytime soon.
 
Kinda weird that I could access PSN on the Vita, but not on my PS4.

Try disconnect your cable network from the PS4, then restart it? I heard people solved the problem with licensing issue by doing that. Remember to activate your PS4 as primary the next time PSN is up.
 
Thanks for the reply. I figured as much. They deserve my money anyway, its a good price. (Provided the Vita version isn't like, mad buggy or anything.)

I was excited for this game. I got too many games in my backlog though. I really want to play Victory but trying to play through MK2 was sort of a pain. Regarding the moe-ness of the game, some people don't seem to realize the game is a satire of the game industry itself and mocks the moe-ness that Japanese games/anime uses. At least that what I got from the first game.

Yeah I know! I just started Danganronpa last night. But 4 days before that I started re-playing P3P (my 3rd time, but first time as Female MC). I have 40 hours into that (about half way into the game).

So I would have to drop P3P + Dangan probably to start Hyperdimension. Bleh. I probably should beat Dangan first, since the second game is right around the corner. And they are better games than Hyperdimension anyways. Hmmmm.

You can play digital games offline only if the PS4 is set as your primary system. You have to choose to either set it as primary or not primary during setup. If it is your primary system, setting it as such will allow playing of all digital games offline or online or whatever.

The "DRM" is to prevent non primary accounts from playing games offline, to prevent infinite offline game sharing.
 
Started Fez on the Vita a few days ago.

Didn't like the demo on the 360 (Yeah, I'm one of these P.Fish haters) and also the level and map design seemed too confusing. Playing it on vita after a few hours I have to say, I really understand all the praise it got now. It's also so good on the vita. Not just because of the usual screen /suspend/resume advantages, but the touchscreen for the map is so much better!

PS Plus really made the difference here. Wouldn't have picked it up again without Plus. Wil have to buy it when my Plus runs out next time (what I do with all my games that I liked).

Maybe a short exclamation mark for everyone that had the same impression of Fez&Fish (still don't like him, but now I recognize that he made a great game).

I really hope we will see something of Fravity Rush 2 at TGS. If not I see dark times for this game.

@ Vita Thread: I don't mind the Anime talk if it is related to recently released games. I would just wish the thread would be tagged "Vita community" again. On it's base, it still is this, but it lost some members or posts by these active members. Everything else are just a few Non-Vita questions and disrupting PS3/Ps4 posts, from people that see the thread topic for the first time. No one who follows this thread closely or uses it daily really posts about Ps3/4 stuff here because after a while he/she recognizes the Vita-focus. I get why they fused it, but I would like it to go back to the intial state, the experiment didn't work. Period.
 
Destiny plays so well and looks so beautiful on the Vita, I'm not even kidding. I slapped my grip on it, and it was as if it was meant to be played on it. Totally responsive, no stuttering, it's great. Maybe not for PvP, since your accuracy isn't as great as with the dualshock 4, but PvE, killing hordes of enemies? Heck yeah.

I've got several friends who are getting a PS4 for Destiny and I told them ... get PS+, now, and just buy all the free games, every month.

Yep, lol. I'm guessing about 50 of those might be from my friends messing around, and the other 92 deaths are because I'm awesome at the game. For some reason, I'm doing significantly worse on the Vita version of Rogue Legacy than PS4. I might have been able to cut a few of those deaths if I started playing the PS4 version sooner. :P

I only beat the first boss when he decided to use the spiral around him pattern attack every time the whole fight, cause I can actually avoid that one. Doesn't help that I typically go into that fight with like 30 HP because I suck so bad at this game.

For some reason Firefox bugged out, so I couldn't fix my spelling mistakes, so sorry :(. Also, I figured since they will be announced soon, it might be fun to make a few guesses about the next batch of PS+ games :D. Will keep that in the PS+ threads going forward though; guess it gets stuff off topic here XD!

This network pisses me off like no other.

I am trying to add funds using a giftcard and I keep getting a bad gateway message.

Therefore I can't even pay to download First Light.

Forcing people to pay for PS Plus should have gotten rid of this crap.

They're under a DDoS attack, not an instance of high legitimate load. Paying for PS+ was never going to solve THIS problem.

I agree. Plus I kinda miss the monthly threads having proper titles each month.

Odd story..

So I was trying to add money to my account with a CC I've used for years on PSN.
All of a sudden they'll no longer take my card. It says invalid card number when I try to update my info.

So, I go the Paypal route with the same CC. I get the same result.
I tried for a third, and this time it went through.. Or so I thought.

The money shows in my PSN, but it turns out Paypal used an older bank account (no balance) to complete the transaction.. So now I have the money on PSN, without Sony actually getting paid.

Will they attempt to get the money back?
I already made a purchase.

No, Sony got paid by Paypal. They wouldn't have added the funds to your account if they didn't.

It's Paypal that's going to have to break your legs.
 
You better make sure Paypal doesn't try to get their money back from Sony. That will cause PSN account issues. Bad ones.

Or maybe your bank is just charging you NSF fees.

I too will share a little story. I tried to purchase a game through PSN and I got the same error message as you. I thought it was odd, so I tried going on my phone and deleting and adding my credit card in there too. Same error message. I call my bank, talk to them for a bit, and what had happened? They had blocked access to the card because I was a victim of fraud. Someone tried to use my number online at some hotel, they were quick to pick it up and lock up the card completely. Be sure to call your bank if anything!

Just got of the phone with my CC company.

It seems they locked my account because of a purchase I made over Steam this past weekend.
The CS rep said that a lot of fraud has been coming from Steam lately.

I guess, Paypal will charge my CC since it's on file.

Well that's that then, pretty close to what I was taalking about, except it wasn't some random person using the card. Good for you, it's always good to check up with them just in case.

buy US PSN cards from Amazon.com (add an oregon-based address to your address book so you don't pay sales tax). Then simply redeem the PSN codes on your US account and buy stuff

They could have named it anything, but the geniuses decided to go with a name that is shortened to the be the same name as another Vita great. Perhaps to trick people into buying? /s I'm not bashing SoulSac at all, I really enjoyed the first one, but my interest started to wane on it. I haven't yet picked up SoulSacDelta, and I doubt I will due to time constraints, but c'mon, Super Startdust Delta is the shit.

Yeah. It can be frustrating when your card/account gets locked, especially when it was you that made the purchase. But I would rather have that annoyance vs. it being easier for someone to steal your account. So it's good advice to always call your bank in these kind of situations. It can usually get sorted fairly quickly.
