Project Diva f is a fun rhythm game, even if I'm not generally into... overly-animu stuff. But I needed a rhythm game, and it got good word. Not sure if I'll get the sequel; Theatrhythm Curtain Call should fulfill my rhythm game needs for a while.

I feel the need to praise Project Diva f 2nd, from what I read most songs are taken from the older psp games but for people like me who haven't played a Project Diva game before the vita/ps3 versions 2nd was/is really good.
Difficulty was a bit higher than in the first but I in general it felt a lot better.
Anyways I will probably double dip for the EU version once it comes out this fall, I need the digital version to always carry it around ;)

Top of the Page:

Buy Project Diva f/f 2nd for your rhythm game needs on Vita!
Buy Demon Gaze for your old school dungeon crawl experience!
Buy Soul Sacrifice Delta it's a great enhancement to the original Version and totally worth the price!

So be cautious with what you say around him.

I don't think he could hold a candle to the power of E3, though. Perhaps I should hone my ban-dodging skills on him before the true megaton approaches. =p

Don't worry. I'm not that cruel enough to want to get a Junior banned.

I also got someone banned in OT

For those wondering about what Deep Silver brought to Vita, because they were on E3 Vita list last year, I just found out about this...

4ALaV1L.jpg

That makes this more likely:
Looking at the E3 website (http://www.mapyourshow.com/shows/index.cfm?show_id=e314&norepeat=true), there is some companies that appears when looking for Vita games right now:

- Atlus USA
- Bandai Namco
- Xseed
- Maximum Games
- Telletale Games
- Focus Home Interactive (?)
- Hyperkin (?)
- Behaviour Interactive (?)

Last year

- Tecmo Koei
- Xseed
- Aksys
- Deep Silver (?)
- Virtuos games (?)
- Rebellion (lol)

Since Deep Silver made that game, Virtuos developed FFX-X2, and, well, I don't know about Rebellion, but they could've been working on something we didn't knew about, as happened with Deep Silver.

Some more Japanese news:

Witchcraft (studio formed by the creator of Wild Arms) are behind the The Irregular At Magic High School game for Vita: http://dengekionline.com/elem/000/000/857/857181/

Monster Hunter Frontier G finally launches on Vita on August 13th.

Are you sure about that? Tadeo Jones is a Spanish exclusive and was announced in September. As far as I know, FFX|X-2 wasn't at E3.

Anyone else having difficulty logging on to the PSN store via browser? It looks like it works, shows my PSN ID logged in briefly, but then states there was an error and if it persists to call support, logging me out.

Oh, I wasn't referring to the game :p

Miku is better than Lightning at least

Better a creepy mannequin than a pet rock

Nothin but love, guys, don't hurt me
We use Miku and PDf interchangeably.

I somehow read that as Little Witch Academia at first. :(

Wait, so today's Tuesday? Ha!

Better than the usual start to the week. Holiday yesterday and PS Store update today! O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!

huh but you can't boot up a game without the disc right? haha. after going full digital on the Vita, the convenience and accessibility is just plain awesome.

Yea, for all games I've heard you still need the disk even after full install. People really diminish the value of full digital. To me, being able to pick up my TV remote and game controller and now be capable of playing any game in my library without leaving the spot I'm in is convenience worth the extra cost. (Though for me the extra cost is mitigated by the fact that you can partially share games digital games, so I split most games with my brother who lives hundreds of miles away from me. Can't do that with physical) But it really is more pricey for brand new games that you don't intend to keep, can't deny that. Though I've regretted every game that I've sold back in the past few years, so there's that.

I somehow prefer covience of buying game on day one and selling it month later for 80% of price :D

This is only a factor if you indeed sell back your games. There's almost a 0% chance with my backlog that I will finish a game within a month of buying it, and like I said I usually regret selling games. I also don't buy AAA retail games at launch very often either though.

I've been getting that too. I can log into PSN either via web or the PS4, but when I access the store it fails out and gives me that message. I assume it's related to the launch of Watch_Dogs and increased traffic.

All I know is kick51 posted geriatric crotch shots on OT, so we'll never have the pleasure of his company again. I assumed that was somehow Flandy's fault

I think SmokyDave manages to get himself banned without anyone's help, but I think he's back now

Yep, the other day I see his name in blue.

with remote play, the convenience is real :P
haha I mean nothing beats lying on bed (or away from the TV) and just switching to a quick game of resogun/transistor etc (and other big retail AAA release)

yup. I have come to a point where I know I end up regretting selling my games away... towards the end of generation... so might as well go full digital. heh.
although... I need to keep to one AAA purchase per month (like I did in PS2 days... since the original copies were like 80 over (singapore dollars)

That's actually a great point I didn't even consider, how remote play really only functions with digital games. PS4 remote play is one of the features I'm most excited about, watching a video of someone using remote play on vita when at work accessing their PS4 at home was eye opening (though I have a feeling it wont work nearly that well for me, but within my house is good enough for me).

Sony removed the Sly 3 trial from my download list even though I never started it. rip dreams of getting sly collection for free

edit: Nvm, for some reason Sly 3 had a really short 15 day trial.

Psn has deals weekly right? How come only sometimes threads are made? Like the last one I remember was the Golden week sale or whatever and that was, what, a month ago?

The weekly thread was forced to become this monthly thread. :(

For some reason the mods seem to be moving everything to mega threads.

Remote play works with retail games, you just have to plan ahead and have the disk in the drive.
So it may be a slight inconvenience, but it does work.

Right, but that suggests that they're enabling crossbuy, no? Would be a pleasant surprise for people who want both.

Oh I understand it works with retail, but being locked to whatever game is in the drive if you have an all retail library vs having your entire library at your disposal at any time if digital makes a huge difference to me. I am not the type to play one game exclusively at a time, I really enjoy cycling between 4-5 games of varying genres depending on my mood, so retail remote play would be very sub optimal for me. And if it works well enough, a good portion of my remote play would be from a physically distant location from my PS4, so digital really helps again.

Dragons crown. AHhh US will never get it. Probably a 7$ sale for us. No problem already bought it digitally ;.;

Dragon's Crown was just on sale for $20 like a week or two ago, would kind of suck if it went for $7 or onto plus so quickly after but that's how things go. I wouldn't mind NBA 2k14 though for US, as I would never buy that game but I would certainly play it with my brother if free, much like PES2014

This is amazing. I love both (Mahouka and Wild Arms).
If the anime is anything to go by, it won't be a fun game. Not like it would get localized anyway
Better than nothing. I'll take what I can get.
From the PlayStation Plus thread.
If the US gets Dragon's Crown, I hope this means more online players.

You're saying you don't like "main character is literally unbeatable Jesus, the anime"? I've actually had a good bit of fun with Mahouka Koukou but I can't take it too seriously, as that MC is just ridiculously overpowered. Also 6 episodes of enrollment, does that mean in 2030 we will see the graduation arc?

Kind of funny how we all used to be fine with switching discs. Now it's a pain haha. Though systems didn't take forever to reboot back then, so there's definitely a good reason. If I had to switch my Vita cartridge every time I wanted to change game I would have wasted hours already on the initialize downloads.

Who doesn't like to be overpowered? I know people liked Goku. Besides if you read the books there are some stuff he can't do even with his near-invincible powers. There are a bunch of powers that counter his skills.
Like Jumonji

Episodes 1-7 covered 2 books while the whole Nine Schools Competition will also cover 2 books so expect similar or a bit longer episodes.

Second Year Highschool Started at Book 12.

The web novel consisted of only 6 web chapters written covering the First Year arc, and the author has already planned for a total of 15 web chapters to cover the entire three years of Magic High School. As of August 2011, web chapter 1 has been been compiled into volumes 1 and 2, and as of December 2011, web chapter 2 has been compiled into volumes 3 and 4. The author expects the series to be compiled into a total of 20 to 25 volumes (ie. if Dengeki allows him to finish the series) [SOURCE: Author's tweet on 6-Nov-2011, #dengeki_mahouka]

So 20-25 volumes at least through 3rd year.

Hey, I used to be OK with my computer taking 5 minutes to boot and internet pages with pictures taking a minute to load on a 56k connection, but now that there's a better way I wouldn't want to go back! It isn't so much that changing disks is bothersome, only that it is in every way better to not have to. But really my main complaint was changing disks when using remote play, where I am physically separated from my PS4 and couldn't switch them even if I wanted to.

No judgement, but personally everything that I can buy physical I do. I have a 16gig card, and it's worth 10 seconds of inconvenience to not have to buy a 32 or 64.

I only have a 16 gig too and I have no qualms with managing games on it.

Dunno why people won't just keep games they're planning to play for that period on it. Hell 16 gig allows me to put on a lot of "may play in the future" games.

The best part of learning what games are coming to EU IGC is reading the complaints from ps+ members in NA. Just never gets old
