Let's say it goes live on November 5th (Date selected pretty much at random).
Why would Vita users be more likely to purchase a subscription to Plus on Nov 5th if they hear about the contents of it on Oct 16th instead of on Nov 4th?

so is this like the PS3 instant game collection..? or like the old PS3 model (psone, mini and full vita games at random)
What can I save..? full Vita games..? or maybe Vita saves (which seems unlikely because they are tied to the bubble).? or just Mini and PSone gamesaves..?

I'd love to see Just Cause 2 or Borderlands get replaced by Toy Story Mania.
Chuffed with BulletStorm and Hell Yeah, already completed RE5. Another great update with more to come. 
Conversely I thought Move in R3/KZ3 was great (particularly R3), not so much in Resi 5.I think it might be time to undust my move controller for this

If you can work with Move with FPS games it's amazing, some GAFfers loved too, but I could not get into for some reason but liked RE5.
Oh and I have to wait until October 10th to get my hands on Bulletstorm.
I read an analysis of the 5 Move controls somewhere, where they didn't compare favourably to the Wii controls (might even have been a Gaffer). I'll try and find it when I'm at a PC.

Either way, Neon is terrible and doesn't even have online. Waste of bandwidth for me.
According to Sony 90-95% of the Vita owners have a PS3.
Europe got Double Dragon Neon last month too.
Actually I would pay high money for street of rage rip off.

People saying "not bad" are being serious? If Bulletstorm and RE5 in one month is not enough, then this is not a service for you.
I even own Bulletstorm and I still can't say anything than great month. This way people may finally experience one of the best shooters of this gen and one that was bold enough to try new things. One of the rare games that get better with time, since everyone keeps releasing the same rehashed ideas again and again.

It's the point that matters not the details. And now we get another shitty PSN game while they get 2 retail games. And bulletstorm is great too. I'm so glad my + ran out yesterday I'm done giving these fools at SCEA money.

Too much work. I'm just going to save the money since I need to pay off Hitman and Far Cry 3 still, and about a dozen Vita games.
I think it's only natural that the selection will differ between regions. If a game sold really poorly in Europe, but publishers want much greater exposure with the IP, then they can do that. Maybe Capcom wants to help boost RE visibility in Europe ahead of RE6? In the US RE5 Gold could still be selling well, and wouldn't be considered for Plus.
Just a hypothetical example, but I think the point should be clear. Just because one gets it, doesn't mean the others automatically always will. Blitz in the US makes sense, and I wouldn't ever expect it for EU for obvious reasons.
Because it's NFL season and the dumbfuck monkeys in charge of PS+ probably think that makes it more appealng to subscribers.
