I don't know what you're talking about because it looks exactly like all the other PS+ free games on my account. I checked on my brother's non-PS+ account and it shows up as $9.99.

Ok, it definitely is showing up as I said on mine, but clearly it's just a fluke. The Store is acting weird tonight in other ways, like text showing up in this weird smudgy black/grey in a few spots, so it's probably just some bug or something. Thanks for checking, sorry to bug.

BTW, I totally don't get the trophy thing. I'm not a huge achievements fan either, but to me they're more accessible (both in terms of getting to them/examining them and in terms of understanding where you stand with them at a glance). Couldn't give a damn if Plus games didn't offer any trophies.

Most of the games I get free through Plus show an expiry date (when my sub runs out) when I look at the information, but some games don't. For example Hell Yeah.

Does that mean they forgot to add an expiry date, or is that information just hidden and doesn't display for some reason?

Trial + unlock games don't tend to show an expiry date.

Games with demo + unlock key doesn't show the expiration date. If you go to the SEN website you'll see the expiration date for those games.

Nah I'm with you. Trophies are a fun diversion to go after if the game is fun enough, but I'd never not play a game just because it doesn't have them. That right there is crazy talk.

It's not entitlement that gets me angry, it's because I really want to play these games.

Some of the games are considered as the 1 hour full game trial prior to the PS+ full game unlock kicking in.

That happened to me with Borderlands because I played the full game trial a long time ago. What was weird is that it didn't happened the first time I played the real full game. It happened some day, and when the countdown was over, the game stopped. I started it again and then it worked perfectly.

Yes, any you had previously activated. Not all games have separate unlock downloads.

I sold it back where there was a drought of decent first party titles, but I'm really feeling an urge to play Uncharted 3 (After playing Golden Abyss), Beyond & The Last of Us, and also the Mass Effect Trilogy. And Plus does seem like a good investment, especially when the Vita stuff comes about next month.

As somebody who was subscribed to both, I got a lot more out of the US PS+ "PSN games" like the walking dead then the older retail stuff that I have either played out years ago or was crap to start with. Each to their own in that regard.

You could probably spend the money you save on the price of a US subscription to buy all those "extra" games off ebay anyway.

Note that I am mostly bitter because of the prices in the Australian store...when games are actually made available. Always be careful what you wish for!
