I'd much rather get MGS HD Collection Vita. I already downloaded 1 on PSN and am saving my first play through for the Vita; getting the sequels for free on it would be most excellent

I'd say MGS HD would be far more likely than VLR. You have to keep in mind next month is E3 month, thus they will likely choose first party games/ well known games next month. VLR is neither of those.
Would that apply to Vita though since it didn't get the Instant Game Collection until months later? If so, LBP and PSASBR might be safe bets.

I'm kind of indifferent to the other games, but I'm really pumped for Sleeping Dogs.

The vita's instant game collection is currently smaller than the ps3 one anyways, so it's quite possible that they leave the current year long vita games but add playstation all stars (with the ps3 version) to the collection.
either way it wouldn't change the fact that they are going to want a great update for their e3 conference as it's the time where they get the most people paying attention to something like plus.
yeah they were near the bottom of the poll, I image they keep getting added either because they are cheap to get, or because they have heard people talk about how great a fighting machine the vita is and want to make the people who adore the fighters on the vita happy. I mean the poll was done mostly by ps3 owners, and the fighting games keep coming to the vita instead of ps3.

It was $10 at GameStop and other retailers multiple times last year.
Some of that PSP JRPG back catalog would be nice.
Or give me Smart As since I doubt anyone buys that anymore.

Yeah I picked it up and was very meh on it so I dumped it. Hope it doesn't come up on PS+
Some of those PSP RPGs would be very nice though.

I wonder what order we'll get them in. My Plus expires sometime near the middle of the month, I hope I'll be able to get Blazblue even if I don't get to play it much.
Trails in the Sky to get more people interested in the Legend of Heroes series and bug XSEED about the Vita games.
I will gladly continue to pay for PS +. Never really had a problem paying for Live given the size of the community, but PS+ is an absolute bargain. Half-decent freebies make it well worth the asking price.
Just picked up my first PS3 (slim: GoW edition) and already have a healthy selection of games to choose from. I'm surprised they don't advertise it a bit better on the box, because it's essentially a really, really great pack-in deal without equal. Especially with the 500GB of storage.

If it's Sleeping Dogs I am in heaven. That's on my list, but who know when I'd actually get around to buying it and whether buying it new would still be an option. Either way, between Dark Souls, God of War, and the digital version of Dragon's Dogma (etc) I have more than enough to keep me occupied until PS4.

Excited for Sleepy Dogs. I wonder if my save from the European version(from the free PS+ month on February) will work with this one.
Considering the source was the Blogcast it's a pretty safe bet.
well ps3 games come first and vita games come last.
thus sleeping dogs will likely be the first may freebie
and blazblue will likely be the last freebie.
with the other two being in the middle somewhere
your save will not work, as far as your ps3 cares your save for your EU version of sleeping dogs is just as different to the NA version as a ni no kuni save would be.

Bleh, I played the demos for Knytt Underground and Pinball Arcade and didn't like either of them. I was really hoping Sony would give out some more free Plus codes before my subscription ran out.

Don't think they have an obsession with them. It's probably a case where those are the only ones they can get from publishers.

and I will continue to be the weird on in the thread where I am really excited about Pinball Arcade (PS3/V), Knytt Underground (PS3/V), BlazBlue (Vita) but wouldn't remotely care if we were getting hitman and catherine lol.
I played this last night, thought it was an add on for the game but was pleasantly surprised by it. I don't like Hitman all that much so will probably skip the full game and just play this instead. The extra challenges are good fun too!
I got a month of UK Plus free with Soul Sacrifice, if anyone wants. Doesn't stack.

I beg you, please do not download Hitman Absolution. IO don't deserve a single penny for what they did to the Hitman series. I know the temptation is great, but please, don't give in...we can't afford to reward what IO did to Hitman.

Excellent. I just played the demo last night. Why wasn't there more fuss made over this game? Very unique and interesting game.
I've played up to Night 6? on Catherine and I'm done with it. It's got to the point where I'm nearly raging at it so I deleted it. It's a quirky game, but the core game just gets too repetitive and tedious.

So I didn't realise that Catherine has basically some sort of weird soft porn icon and background on the XMB. What's that all about? Come to think of it, I have absolutely no idea what the gameplay for Catherine is. Something about climbing ladders and sheep?
