I got the demo. It's the full game limited to a 3 minute timer. After the timer is up, it'll stop the game and ask if you want to purchase the full version. Trying to purchase the full version in-game results in the error message "There are no items that you can purchase at this time".
The game is in 4:3 while the lives and bullet counters are on the sidebars. It's Move-only as well. It won't start unless a PS Eye is connected and a motion controller is on.
I kind of figured that this wasn't suppose to be available today. The demo had a publish date of January 22 in the store.
In the upper-right, to Dante's left (our right), there are three red-tinted pieces of debris in a diagonal orientation. I believe the middle one is another instance.
1. A few hours ago, the video store was open and browseable to everyone. Now the video section of the main menu is gone, and probably hidden away from those outside of Japan. A link to a section of the video store though an in-store ad still works.
2. For search, there are no tumblers to screw around with. It still used the PS3 on-screen keyboard for character input. The results are shown in the same grid layout as the listings in of the store instead of a big text list of titles.
3. There is a subsection under Playstation Plus that has all of the expired free games, kind of like an archive.
I don't know Japanese, so I don't know what anything says.
Man, the japanese new store is so much better than the current US store. Of course, the loading and missing images still exists, but is almost the old layout. Everyone that uses the old store will feel right at home. And more, the "Ranking" section is pretty well done.
The only drawback is the lack of the "new releases" list, several "now printing" icons and the use of the old icons in some games.

^Thanks, hmm Borderlands 2 Complete for under 30 Pounds (I'm a Plusser)...nah I could get cheaper on Steam sales =/
Still good for anyone interested, but nothing I want this week atm =/
I might finally bite on Plus in Japan. There are a few new offerings for Vita, and 1,000 yen back if you buy a year before the end of the month. Add to that the raffle of 10,000yen for 1,000 people that spend more than 1,000yen, color me tempted.
That looks like KoF XIII complete for 24 Pounds/40-ish dollars.
I personally want KoF XIII to go for $20 on US PSN so I can trade off my disc version >_>;
It's not so bad this week but is anyone else sick of the theme/avatar shovelware SCEE loves so much clogging up the weekly updates? Having to go through pages and pages of that crap looking for things that actually catch my interest is pretty annoying.
