Bring on Final Fantasy Tactics!
I'd really rather they bring on a PS3-compatible War of the Lions download. I have a perfectly fine disc copy of the original Tactics, but no PSP. I'd love to see a better translation, cool cutscenes, and extra content. I'd deal with the technical issues it's supposed to have; it's the game I've played more of than any other.

wtf? I deleted the early leaked version of Qore for the new one and the PSP Go feature isn't on it. I guess the trade off was Spyro for the PSP Go feature, or something.

Finally MGS. Not that everyone couldn't already play it on PSP, but still, highly welcome - especially because I feel it will be the only way to play it on PSP Go.

Are you signed into your PSN account?

That worked - Thanks!

Can someone tell me how the video store works? I remember when it launched you only got one download - is that still the rule? What happens if your download gets cut off in the middle, you can still go back and retry to download?

I ain't gonna rebuy MGS again. I have already bought it like 30 times already. Funk dat! If i wanna play it on my psp that i OWN i will rip it from the mgs essentials that i OWN. I would rather not pay for this overpriced offering when i already OWN it.

Ohhh it's mgs woo whatever. If they had updated something, anything at all in it, I might have reconsidered. But they served me up the same game i bought several times over.

All this store update offered was slim pickings with a huge brand name.

Is Wild Arms 2 any good?
I kind of remember that it was not well received when it was released.
Only played Wild Arms (1) which was ok, for it's time.

It aint no Castle Crashers, I can tell you that.
Besides from the cartoon-like artstyle, and some of the fighting elements (and perhaps some other elements as well, unfortunately i am not that familiar with Castle Crashers), do Fat Princess and Castle Crashers really have that much in common though? :) Castle Crashers is a side-scrolling beat-em' up game, while Fat Pricess is more a strategy game.

I would love a PS3 port as well. Would be my third time buying it. There are a lot of PSP games that need PS3 ports, like Patapon. Vector-goodness? Yes, please!

It'd be more accurate to say that Fat Princess is resource management + capture the flag.

I've been out of town for awhile and missed the last update. Checking it now I see:

► Cuboid
○ Bundle Pack ($4.99)
- Booster Pack ($2.99)
- Level Editor ($3.99)

But I couldn't find the booster pack or level editor on PSN. Where is it?

I think kassatsu got that wrong, it's still not out.

Does anyone know if the US Big Surf Island für Burnout Paradise would work with my PAL Copy?

Doubtful, I'd email Criterion if you can't get an answer here. DLC is usually region locked, as are patches.

I had the same problem since I have the UK copy and wanted to buy German DLC. The way I tested is was to buy a single car to check if it works, and it did.

So if you're willing to sacrifice $2 you could test it yourself.
US and PAL don't work together most of the time though.

PSN Cards Debut in Canada
Hi Everyone! Kyle Moffatt, Senior Public Relations Specialist for Sony Computer Entertainment Canada back to the blog with some great news for Canadian gamers. With the Stanley Cup finals ending last week the team at PlayStation Canada figured it would be a great time to bring the prepaid PSN cards to Canada! The cards, available in $20 and $50 denominations, can now be purchased at EB Games and GameStop locations across the country. In the coming weeks and months you’ll also be able to buy the cards at: Best Buy, Future Shop, HMV, The Source by Circuit City and Rogers Plus entertainment locations with more to come.

I see ur point but not everyone had Mgs essentials

I think I'll just e-mail Criterion or try the EA Support. Hope they can help me.

By the way: I just ordered a $50 PSN Card from hdmoviesource yesterday. They sent me the code about ten minutes after I completed my order. Pretty fast, if you ask me. Used Credit Card for payment.

Bought a Qore subscription already. Seems okay. The content is not the best this month (imo), but you get a lot of "free" stuff, so it's okay.

Can you buy an annual subscription to Qore at any time and have the subscription end 12 months later? I thought you could only buy it when it debuted, and if you bought it a couple months after it did, you were SOL for getting the first few episodes. How does it work?

High Velocity Bowling Updates - Two New Ball Packs and More
Hi there, bowling fans! Brandon here. It’s been a couple months since my last High Velocity Bowling post, but we’re back with some more goodies for you to roll with. Some of you may have missed it because of all the E3 excitement, but we released a patch and two brand new characters for you June 3rd. We are also releasing two new ball packs for you at the end of the month. Here is some info for our new additions:

The Patch
There were a couple things we wanted to fix up to make things a bit more enjoyable:

* Resolved network stability issues
* Background music playback is now available while not signed into PSN
* More than 1 additional costume is now allowed especially in Online Head to Head.

Ye, that might be a better description of Fat Princess instead of just "a strategy game" as i first mentioned :) I wasnt quite sure how to describe what type of game Fat Pricess was other than "a strategy game" :)

EDIT: Speaking about Castle Crashers, are there any known side-scrolling beat em' up games that are comming to the PSN?

There is no Gamestop in Canada. You would think they'd know that.

They've recently (about 3-6 months ago) begun putting Gamestops in canada. Generally if they have two EBs in a single area they made one a gamestop, or if they only had one EB in a high traffic area, they'd open a Gamestop there as well.

For example, there's one in the Hamilton Lime Ridge Mall.

Lethbridge has had a Gamestop for over a year now.

With the PSP Go, PSN cards will be available too. How else will they sell games to the relative few people that are using credit cards.
Seems like they don't want their games to be bought now... why should that change? ;-)

So how good of a game was Klonoa on PS1 anyways? I finally listened to an old Retronauts podcast from last month, and listening to them talk about how awesome Klonoa is has me curious. I know there's the Wii remake, but if given the choice, I'd really like to play it on my PSP as a PS1 game instead. Do you guys think Namco would ever release it on PSN? :S

I just went to rent Dark Knight off the store, and its not there, nor is Batman Begins. What the fuck? Since when did they start removing movies from the videos section?
