you're not going to like the news I have, but it appears this title was only slated for US release only. I'm checking to see if it's slated for release later on in other NA areas, but for now, it's US only.

Yep, you save money if you preorder it. Not just for PS+, but for all users.

Thanks mate. After wathcing some gameplay seems the concept is to knock out as many of your opponent's characters and when they have 0 you win the round. Looks fun but is there more to it?

Personally i haven't played it, but have heard many great things about it from people who played it at various events.

It was alright. I grasped the concept after watching a few kids (who hogged it at Eurogamer Expo) and it was controlling well. A bit unsure how long the fun would last but bowling over enemies with a car was always very satisfying
