HOLY SHIT @ the new Mewtwo! Psychic/Fighting kind of goes against how I think of the character and Mega Mewtwo X is such a silly name, but I'd MUCH rather have this over the previous shitty one. Looks like X will be the version for me!

Only problem is that Xerneas isn't as cool as Yveltal (which is why I chose White over Black, despite the superior name of the latter), but fuck, I'll take it

buuuuuut the 2nd forms of starters aren't supposed to be cute

ideally (to me): the 1st forms are cute; 2nd forms are "cool"; the final forms are "badass"

I've always found the 2nd Forms to be the most charming, pretty much a mix between cute and cool, but sometimes a little awkward. Pignite and Grotle are two of my favorite Pokemon. I'm liking Chespin 2 because it reminds me of them. I think that Gekogashira looks TOO cool though for a Stage 2, he almost looks like he could pass for a Final, same with Teeruna.

The only 2nd Forms I don't like are Servine, because it looks awkward in any medium I've seen it in due to its weird head shape, and Fennekin's isn't doing anything for me.

One thing I will say is I think the 2nd Evolutions of the Kalos Pokemon look good side-to-side, like they remind me of a wacky RPG group or something.

I like the new SSJ Gogeta Mewtwo, on the other hand Mega Garchomp looks stupid to me lol, but his power will be overwhelming. Grass starter evolution looks bad too, Fennekin evo is alright and he water starter evo looks slick.
