Hottest gym leader: Elesa
Best Pokemon by Gen: Taurus, Heracross/Feraligatr/Scizor/Dunsparce, Ludicolo, Gallade/Toxicroak. Can't comment on gen V since I haven't played it yet, I'm waiting for Gray.
The only thing I think they could do to the games is the whole letting you revisit regions thing again. Still my favorite aspect of G/S/C.

I haven't read the manga, but from the bits of info I've read about it I think it would definitely be interesting if it had it's own anime. The manga is way darker than Ash's little adventures right?

From what I've read so far at least the battles are far superior than the anime. At least the weakness and whatnot are consistent with the game.

Every Pokemon game has that boring stretch of game full of trainers that never seem to end. For Firered, that place is the S.S. Anne. And I feel obligated to fight every single trainer there.

As far as fire red goes i'm always more bothered by the poison type gauntlet that you get shuffled through for most of the game, The team rocket hideouts, groups of biker trainers and finally the poison gym all come in rather quick succession.

I remember my friend telling me if I used strength 100 times, I could move the truck and Mew would be underneath. I tried, but I failed. So, what's really underneath this truck? Porn mags? A dead Officer Jenny? Ash's father?

i've gotten rather bored with yellow. i don't think i want to play anything pre-RS (ie, not remakes) again. it was fun checking out the sprites and music but i miss a lot of what the modern games bring.

Hahaha, I remember that. I also remember my friends telling me that it was possible to move one of the headstones in Pokemon Tower in order to get Togepi.

Also that Charizard evolved into Moltres via Fire Stone. Good times.

In which case i'm assuming the mystery is that the captain of the ship left his sickness pills beneath the truck. Nothing a good rub to the back can't solve.

my friend told me that if you have a gameshark plugged in and you dont enter any cheats there will be a door in the back of bill's house and you can surf to the orange islands from there

I kind of liked Marrill just because of Tracy from the anime. I remember evolving the bastard too. Such a shame that it sucked.
