The actress passed away on 10 August.

This was truly heartbreaking news, although in the interest of accuracy, Rachael was 55 when she passed away. It was widely reported she was 46 when the news broke, though.

I wrote my own tribute last week, alongside many Pokémon fan website old and new. I regret that I never had the chance to meet her, she seemed like a lovely person.
