Yeah the email came at 6 am PST apparently. So it was nice to wake up to see it but it sucks I have a test in 2 hours so I haven't gotten to do anything but download it.

YMMV? Could also possibly be that the emails be sorted by when you signed up for your account? Anyone recently made their account and got theirs already?

I had an account years ago but didn't remember the password to it so not sure it was linked. So I signed up for a new account with a different email the other day and confirmed it and did select the marketing emails.
 
So my email is right, i've opted in, and i've had my account for years now.

No email yet. Should I be full panic mode yet?

I have a yahoo email and saw some people on /vp/ also mentioning they had yahoo and no email yet (a few hours ago though)

I signed up for the account back in July when I bought Pokemon Y, but just opted into the email two days ago. (got my code)

I have no idea then. There has to be a procedure that goes on to make sure all the newsletters get sent and no duplicates happen and using a random algorithm for a database is probably not the best idea so it's really odd in which the order of the emails are being sent.

If that happens we'll probably get another SSB scenario where platinum members get first dibs. The best way they could have done it was by just putting it on the eshop for all. If they wanted people to visit their page or read their newsletters, they could have also opted to setting up a page where once you have an activated account with newsletters opted, you can just click a button and get a link.

Remember to check spam. My newsletters from them sometimes show up in spam. Sometimes in my inbox. Today it decided to show up in spam. Who knows what next month will be!
 
I am happy to actually hear actual Pokemon music again. Was not feeling X/Y music at all outside of the trainer battle.
 
I....honestly don't even think I care enough to bother playing the demo anymore. I've been constantly watching those datamining threads and know pretty much everything about it. Don't really care about the mega either.

If I do eventually get emailed one I'll drop it off here.
 
So playing the demo I noticed something a bit odd?
The silver haired boy had a shiny pokemon in the team battle we had near the start.

Haven't gotten a code yet. But I received an e-mail from them about something yesterday, so I should be good on receiving the newsletter, right?
 
Weirdly, mine was sent hours ago, but didn't appear in the inbox or spam folder. I had to search "Pokemon" and then it popped up. o_o
