Shouldn't it be on the receipt found via:
eShop -> Menu -> Settings/Other -> Account Activity -> Pokemon puzzle challenge (View Receipt)

Don't feel bad for not knowing that. Yacht Club games had to set up a page about the Shovel Knight theme (handled in the same way) and be vigilant on twitter about the thing.
