I'm not polish, but I've been in Gdańsk and I now and then work as a guide on a historical piece that has a somewhat strong connection to another piece in Poland. Polish people are one of the few, if not the biggest immigration group in Norway (around a 100 000 poles in Norway last time I checked), which has also lead to a lot of discrimination against polish workers, especially in trade school professions (especially construction and craftsmen professions), because they've been beating out Norwegian workers. There's even a word for it: polonophobia, to describe historical anti-polish sentiments, but also modern ones. That said, a lot of the polish people in Norway don't know much if any Norwegian, few have Norwegian citizenship and they often suffer a bit due to not really using their degrees, also because it can be difficult to get the required certifications to work as a lot of the professions in Norway. The influx of polish people have also added to the catholic communities around Norway, as Norway has been predominantly Lutheran since the Reformation came here.
Also they don't really trust Norwegian physicians, supposedly because they perceive them as passive and less competent than polish physicians. Which seems to predominantly be because the relationship between a physician and his/her patient is one of dialogue and co-operation in Norway, while they are supposedly used to doctors that lead the patient and seem more like competent authority figures. So they buy a lot of healthcare services from Poland instead. Oh and a lot of polish workers view norwegian workers as lazy.
Also, your games are kinda expensive considering the GDP.
Some nice tidbits for you as a pole.
