That depends on who writes the dialogue for MvC4 (for reference, Frank Tieri did MvC3/UMvC3's dialogue).
Eh, there's room for both, especially since they're amongst the MCU's Original 6 (plus Marvel & Capcom would get shit from female Marvel fans for leaving her out). As for another Spider-Man villain, I can see either Green Goblin (Norman Osborn), Doc Ock, or Venom being DLC.

i just don't see venom making it tbh. Doc ock , vulture or shocker are better picks.
I only said Venom because he's a fan-favorite. I'm personally rooting for Green Goblin, but I'd be fine with Doc Ock.
yeah if its venom it would have to be Eddie Brock Venom. Even then marvel has moved on from that. They would probably include Agent Venom purposely lol
