Iceland I could see having metal bands, but as far as I know, Greenland is mostly settled by Inuit people. I didn't really expect them to have any metal bands there but according to that map there's at least one.

I've actually quit smoking since the picture was taken last summer. It's a shitty habit that I wish I never started in the first place. Thanks for the compliment too
I don't really live on a farm, just a rural area on the outskirts of the city. We do have horses but we're not into any real agriculture or anything. I'm destined to be forever pale, I do tan a little bit, but for the most part I just burn>peel>pale again. I don't really mind too much though

I can check when I get home but I don't think I do. It's just a mohawk it's pretty simple
I just cut a strip that was as wide as the space between my eyes, sprayed on a lot of the strongest hairspray I had and just kind of messed it up for that style. It's definitely the easiest way to style it when you have a mohawk. The spray I used was called Got2Be I believe. It worked well but any "extreme" hold spray works.
The traditional "fan" shape takes some time with a hairdryer to get even and straight. Large spikes are a little easier but still look weird if they're not straight. I only styled it these ways occasionally.

I've had a modified Mohawk in the past myself, but I've always had a hard time finding one I like for males :/
Also got2be is horrible. Shame on you! I personally dislike the extreme large spikes from the drying/paste technique, they are a bit too over processed for my taste.

Mirror shot from a few minutes ago I took for this post. Not the best given the shirt is untucked and I didn't bother doing my hair but it'll work. Plus I'm growing a beard but unfortunately it takes 4 or 5 days for the mustache and sides to catch up so it looks a bit shaggy right now.

Totally depends on the style. I didn't shave the sides, just cut it noticeably shorter. I wish I had pictures of it
