Never played battlefield, i've downloaded the demo, gonna test it out now. BRowsed through the BF2 thread and was overwhelmed with the keyboard Manabyte posted. Looks like a very complicated game.

Anyway, im gonna stick with Far Cry after Half Life 2. Fucking love what i've played so far

On maximum settings i was blown away with the textures and level design. Physic engine is fantastic. I just got past the hovercraft bit.

edit: Played some battlefield, turned everything up to max, runs fine. Good game, gonna put some real time into it, cant seem to snipe for shit though.
