The time-attack and arena modes might be available in the other versions, but the option for new downloadable content would seem to be exclusive to XBOX. The new modes are available offline, but you won't be able to post scores without Live.

This is a great idea! Ninja Gaiden needs smaller, more managable time-trial/arena levels, too.
