"Prison Break" (FOX)

the whole premise is stupid? Why would they send the designer of a prison into the place he designed after he commited a crime? And to make matters worse, he's the brother of a guy accused of murdering the vice president's brother? Yeah nothing suspicious about that. I give it 6 weeks.
 
Yea you got a few good points but you know what its a show and so many shows do the exact same thing and im not trying to defend the show it probably will suck.

He didn't design it though. A company which he worked for worked on it. He wasn't directly connected to it but was able to gain access to the plans.
 
This time slot will be Arrested Development's in a few weeks...so I'm just prepping myself for the new time by watching this.

Oh oh! Arrested Development will be taking over Prison Breaks timeslot....clever Fox, clever!
 
If it wasn't for football and Family Guy, Fox would be dead to me. Those two right there don't make up for a lifetime of injustices.

This show isn't horrible, but it's as good as cancelled.

The whole idea in general isn't too bad, but the whole.. map tattoo..

It has a lot of potential I guess.

EDIT: I've decided I hate the whole "no repeats" 24 thing. I don't mind some repeats, as long as it goes as a normal season. I wanna watch it now, heh.
 
Gah....I tried to watch it, it sucks so far. Horrible pacing, dry ass acting, one of those shows that looked great on the previews but actually sucks.

Ahh well, heres to hoping Ivasion doesn't suck.....btw...LOST IN 3 WEEKS BITCHES!!!!

Well, it's no Shield, but it's not that bad. The tatoo thing almost made me turn it off, but I stayed with it. The prison fight wasn't bad. The fucked up dude that wants to kill him now is pretty cool....looks the part of a frigged up child rapist anyway. Beats reality TV by a mile at least.
 
Actually this show is pretty damn awsome. Tuned in the middle of the first episode and didn't really like it. The second episode kicked the action up several notches though.

This is Fox's best show since 24.
 
The second episode was slightly better. I didn't really expect to watch both hours, but I did.

Arrested Development is ok... only character I find funny is the dude with the receding hair line and real deep voice.

House? Give me a break... that show is terrible. I hate medical shows anyway... what a fucking bore...

that's hard core to let them take a toe like that. But just who is this guy? He'd give Batman a run for his money will all this preparation.

Also, I think this show is supposed to be the other side of the coin to 24. We get the whole season's run until January and then 24 starts its season.
 
Is it true that they're suppost to be out by Halloween? I really liked the start to this show. its got just enough mystery and paranoia to keep me going. Along with nice violence in between. Hope it does well rattings wise. The fact that its on the same night as Arrested Development might make me want to watch that show as well, but only if you AD people watch Prisonbreak inturn.

There isn't much time until the execution, so it looks like they could be out pretty soon. And in the previews for the rest of the season:
they already showed him kicking in the toilet and getting in to the plumbing. There's no way they've filmed the whole season yet, but it looks like they've filmed that far at least

This all begs the question, if they do get out reasonably soon, how can they call the show Prison Break?
 
:lol Most shows are stupid. It's a show about a fucking prison break, you expecting utmost realism? I found it did it's job, and only job : It was entertaining.
 
I gave up on it about 45 minutes into the first hour, because the subplots suck and I wasn't really planning on sticking with the show, anyway. Too much as is, in all likelihood.

Yes, most shows are stupid, and that's why I don't watch most shows yay! and no, it was not entertaining haha and no i didn't expect utmost realism, and nor do I expect it from any other show. it's a dumb plot that seems to only get worse as the episodes drag on.

I liked it quite a bit. I don't know if it was great, but it was pretty damn enjoyable. It's weird how many good shows FOX has.
