Hey guys, I'm curious if you can help me because my ISP has been less than forthcoming.


Every 10 minutes or so, my internet seems to cut off. Then it comes back for a little while, and is back off again.

I considered it might be just outages, but it happens so frequently and predictably that I'm beginning to suspect something else.

I have it connected via an ethernet cable right into the modem. It will go from "Internet Access" to "Connected" to "No Internet Access". It just loops like that.

I called my ISP and they don't know what's going on. They're showing that I have a connection.

do you go through a router? try plugging directly into modem

Call them back and demand they escalate the issue and send someone out to your home to test the connection on your end and the pole.

I've had this happen so many times and the problems were either in the pole, or once it was a neighbor with some illegal equipment set up fucking the line up.
