These kind of a-symmetrical multiplayer concepts always sound great in theory, but it's impossible to balance.

Either playing 'the monster' is too much fun and everyone is waiting for their turn or it's not fun enough and everyone is waiting for someone to play the monster.

Like other games of this type, I just hope that it has a campaign mode with difficulty settings where the monster is simply A.I.-controlled.
