I may get one from ebay for about 7 GBPs.. is it good? worth the price? Is it really a spooky horror game? Or should I go for Call of Cthulhu instead?

Project Zero II : Directors Cut for £7 is a bargain as it has some really nice extras over the original PS2 version. Oh and it's probably one of the spookiest games you will ever play, along with the original.

The FPS view on this version makes it worth the 50 bucks alone.

As an owner of the US version-F#ck yes, it is a good game. Ya might find the main game a bit too easy, but the Survival Mode will more than comp for that.
