This building is in downtown Brooklyn surrounded by a bunch of other tall buildings. It's not going to radically change the landscape.

Just compare it with Long Island City. As long as the two doesn't look alike Brooklyn will be ok.

reminds me of executive order 1066. Signed by Roosevelt in 1943 which authorized the US government to round up ethnically Japanese citizens and throw them into interment camps.

So that's fun.

Reminds me of Norman conquest of England. Really makes you think.
 
Kinda reminds me of how Houston has a 900 ft tall building about 15 minutes or so from downtown.
