PS1/Saturn/N64 games @60fps (Non-fighting games)

Tobal 2 is definitely 60 FPS. It's a 60 FPS all the time unlike other games that have moments of 60 FPS but tend to dip. It's the only fighter I can think of from that gen that ran at 60 FPS...at least that I'm sure of.

Saturn VF2 was 60fps too.

Tons of fighters ran at 60 fps last gen (VF Remix, VF2, Fighting Vipers, FMM, Tekken 1-3, DOA, Bloody Roar 1-2, Last Bronx, SF EX1-2, Rival Schools, etc). Actually, it'd be easier to list the 3D fighters that didn't run at 60 fps.

I guess it's harder to tell what fighting game is 60 FPS if the game's animation isn't built for it. I can recall all of those fighters you mentioned looking smooth but just not anywhere near the quality of either Tobal game.

They developed Super Monkey Ball Adventure. Sad way to go huh?

aren't they also doing the lego star wars games? And Sonic Rivals?

It might be Tobal 2's stunning, clean resolution that's throwing you off more. VF2 at least was definitely built around 57.5 fps animation. ;)

Remix didn't.
It didn't? I don't have my Saturn handy, but I thought it did (being SEGA's "apology" for AM2's rushed, blocky 30fps VF1 port)?

Yeeah, I checked it out yesterday. Looks pretty good (well, for not being VF2), but it's definitely a solid 30.
