If Sony wanted to stoke the rumor mill, they've done their job well. Rumor sites are now buzzing with speculation that the PS3 launch is delayed due to bugs. Kotaku now claims to have some of the inside information that we all love so much. They assert that the PS3's problems are severe enough that the launch has to be postponed because it's impossible to get the games running well. It's certainly no secret that the asynchronous and highly multithreaded nature of the console is making games harder to develop and that the learning curve is fairly steep, but if things really are this bad, Sony could be in some hot water with developers.
