PS4 Pro boxes getting prepped

Does anyone know where I can find input lag information for this TV whilst using HDR?

Samsung UE49KU6400 - UK model number

My google skills arent working.

For the 6300 (US) 6000 (UK) series, i expect the 6400 would be the same maybe?

So I got a custom 1 TB hybrid drive in my current PS4.

Can I just exchange it with the drive in my future PS4 Pro or does that not work?

I just canceled my preorder from Best Buy. It's just too expensive. I refuse to pay that price on launch day. It's not worth it.

Target has it for $340 but won't arrive on launch day

Don't the popular Samsung drives that a lot of people seem to be recommending for the Pro, namely the 850s, use TLC instead of MLC flash? I realize that these are apparently top end performing drives, but isn't MLC supposed to be better?

Can you be more specific? Is this a cartwheel thing or what because no where do I see the PS4 Pro priced at $340 at Target.

If you don't mind reloading the os/saves/games etc, yes. If you want to transfer it, you'll need to back up to another drive first. You can't just swap from one ps4 to another.

Target will likely ship it out on the day of release, maybe the day before. Since it's launching on a Thursday, I wouldn't expect it to arrive until Monday at the earliest.

I placed two orders with Target. The first was with regular shipping. It said "arrives on or after release date (Nov 10-16). For the second order, I chose the fastest shipping option. That order indicates it'll be delivered on release day. We'll see what happens.

I preordered PSVR from Target. I got it release day with standard shipping FYI.

Paying for faster shipping eats into the discount though.

So this is about a superiority complex? so whenever I show that I was right the people who said I was wrong feel that they have to find something wrong or make me out to be wrong in some other way as if me being right about something is making them wrong?

I can't speak for anyone else, but if you're genuinely interested in my opinion about what rubs people the wrong way I'd be happy to elaborate in PM.

What act do I need to give up on? you mean I'm not allowed to speculate like everyone else on Neogaf?

Speculation is a ton of fun for everyone. Self-promotion and aggrandizement on the basis of selective memories? Not so much. Nor is getting piled on, I totally get that and understand your frustration when things get out of hand. Nobody here is right 100% of the time. I certainly make my share of silly mistakes and do my best to own up to them when they happen. People seem to appreciate the balance of sharing informed speculation or relevant experience and humility when I get it wrong. It works well in a professional context, too.

8 days from this time I'll be setting up this bad boy. So close. I'm pumped for this, even though I'm buying no new games for the system until FFXV (Planet Coaster and Civ 6 will take a majority of my gaming time budget).

Please give us a GTA V Pro patch, RockGods. I want get TF2, I'm just worried about the server population, and it being in the Vault mid next year on Access.

Yes I just rewatched the matrix. and yes I reckon "PS4 Pro |OT| PS4 Remastered" is probably going to get the nod.

Be the Soon.

Create a wishlist in their Wishlist app gets you a 10% coupon, and Red Card gets you 5% off which brings it down to $340.

Can I still get this discount if I want to get it at the store rather than having it shipped to me?

The Target where I live opens at 8am so I want to get it earlier. I'm not expecting lines or a sell out either so securing one at the store shouldn't be an issue. At least I don't think so.

GameStop you go in and tell em what's wrong pay a small fee and your walking out with a brand new system.

That's actually not how it works, you buy our "insurance" policy when you purchase the system for a small up front fee. If the system dies crashes or is defective you bring it back we give you another and you walk out the door. We will generally take them if there broken but not if the damage looks intentional. When PS4 first came out some fucktard beat his in our parking lot with a sledge hammer he had purchased the insurance and having done that right in front of me I refunded him his insurance money and sent his ass on his way with his busted PS4.

Wow, that sounds like a real class act. (the fucktard, not you :p)

Anyone want to share their PS4 Pro game attach rate?
Basically how many games you are getting around the PS4 Pro launch/hype window, lets say till the end of 2016 (they don't have to be Pro enabled games).

13 games so far for me and probably more on Black Friday!
(Rise of the Tomb Raider, Dragon Quest Builders, Exist Archive, World of Final Fantasy, Skyrim SE, BlazBlue Central Fiction, Infinite Warfare/MW Remastered, Dishonored 2, Star Wars Battlefront Ultimate Edition, Final Fantasy XV, Gravity rush, and The Last of Us Remastered).
It will be my first PS4 so I got a lot of catching up to do. I never had so much time to read the covers and manuals of games before. The next 8 days are going to be rough.

These are all great. Haven't watched these in years. (Have them on HD-DVD)

Will wait for a UHD Bluray release and rewatch them all. So good.

Awesome! That means I can keep organizing my current PS4. Thank you for the link.
What is a good 2TB HDD to get? I am not thinking about SSD due to the cost, but would like to have more room than I do right now. 1TB is a bit tight for all these games I never play.

This is what I and many others have for a 2TB HDD: https://www.amazon.com/Seagate-Backup-Portable-External-STDR2000100/dp/B00FRHTSK4/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1478135773&sr=1-1&keywords=seagate+2tb

Also, here is a guide for swapping out PS4 HDD's and even setting your old drive up (which you can put in the shell of the one you bought) to use on PC!

What would be the best way to swap the 2TB in my current machine to the pro? I have PT on there! Lol :x

I'd like to know this too..

1. Backup your PS4 to an external drive, even the Pro's 1TB drive will do provided you aren't selling your PS4 beforehand (and you have a USB cable for a 2.5'' HDD)

2. Put your 2TB drive into your Pro and install the system firmware onto it

3. Restore from the external HDD
