Really comes down to how much you value Sony's first party games and your PS profile/friends list/trophies list.
If you value that stuff a lot, probably better to stick with PS5 as some of the things you listed could be added to PS5 in a systems update.
If you care more about feature set and you don't really care about Sony first party games and your profile on PSN, then grab an SeX, pay for 3 years of gold (assuming you do MP), and do the Game Pass Ultimate $1 upgrade.
You'll get GPU for 3 years. And GPU includes EA Access too starting on launch day so you got all their Xbox games that are about 1 year old and older. Even SW Fallen Jedi is being added soon.
