PS3. Reset it twice and it's now working.

Go to settings > PSN > Sign out.

That should let you access your games offline.

Huh, that's weird. Netflix worked fine for me on my PS3 back when the PSN got hacked. When you launch Netflix and it asks you to sign in to the PSN, all you should have to do is press O then it will continue to load Netflix.

Because I couldn't start Persona 4: Golden (or any other game) on my Vita, I decided to set my Vita to default settings. Now I can't log in to PSN and see if this worked. Guess I have to wait... :/

Sony has 3 platforms to support with PSN. Microsoft has 2 and since PSN is still free on the PS3 AND Vita I'd venture to guess Sony has more users and concurrent users than LIVE making this type of situation twice as hard for Sony as it is for MS meaning it takes longer to fix the problem. But none of it matters because both services are down and nobody can play how they want and fanboysim aside were all gamers in the end and we're all losing out right now.

Just hooked up my anniversary ps4 to transfer things and download all my games again.... glad I bought disc... sorry for people doing the same thing that went all digital... sucks for people who did in my situation...
