So I'm not the only one that can't connect my Vita or Nvidea Shield to my PS4 through Remote Play.

Yep. I have friends who live 15 minutes away from me who are on. Admittedly we are on different ISPs, so that may be the issue.

Southern California reporting in and it is working. Was finally able to get my new PS4 I got for Xmas on-line. Had to renew my PS+ sub since I had let it lapse when I dumped my PS4 a while back. Have not played games on-line yet, just downloading Drive Club update and my previous Digital Games I had bought a while back (Last of Us & Watch Dogs).

But it is working for me. Download speeds are not great, but at least it is moving and I was able to connect.
