First time I'd encountered such an issue. I hope this isn't another repeat of the 2011 PSN Hack. I've already locked the primary debit card I use for purchasing stuff on the PSN.

That and along with not being able to access the games I've purchased on the PSN has convinced me to go back to Physical and only use PSN Cards to refill my PSN Wallet.

Yes. You can only have one console set as your primary to play offline.
