So that's what I expected from the list. At first I was pretty pleased and while I wouldn't agree with every game on the first post it was largely consistent. By the 2nd and 3rd post though, this list completely lost all credibility and became a "let's list ALL PSP games!!!!" thread.

Well, I just felt this thread is like a response (perhaps on a subconcious level?) to people claiming there are no (good) games for PSP. Can't recall seeing many threads in similar fashion made for other systems, but maybe I'm mistaken?
And seeing as system wars are pretty common here, I don't think my theory would be THAT far-fetched.

Yeah, those damn system warriors. Anyway, might as well chime in with my personal opinion regarding this list and say I think it looks good and I will definitely keep my PSP, thank you.

These list threads are beyond idiotic. Its by defensive PSP (and DS) owners who need to constantly validate their system purchase. I think anyone with half a brain is well aware that every system has it share of quality games, so enough with the veiled posturing.

And if you're going to do a list, do one that's proper. First off, poor choice of screenshot for PoPoLoCrois. Second, does Gran Turismo 4 Mobile even really exist? Same with Hill Project.

x-men legends 2 I will probably eventually buy if it has everything the console versions do (haven't bought the console versions)

Seems to be everything that's in the console version, including online play, plus 9 extra levels and a few extra characters that the console versions don't have.

Be forewarned though that the game wasn't well optimized for the PSP. Memory management is pretty atrocious, esp. when taking the game out of sleep mode. It'll freeze for a second or two as it loads animations, spell effects or menus into memory as they are triggered. But once its done that the first time, its pretty solid for the rest of the play session. I find the game very fun as a dungeon hack and and would rate it significantly better than Untold Legends in that regard. Overall though, I'd probably have to rate them about the same because of the memory management issues that XML2 has.

Oh, no. I hate Moon Patrol, but I liked Gripshift.


Might as well say it again-- if this had Mario (or any popular mascot) in it, it would have scored high 8's. It's a very solid title with great gameplay and a lot of variety. But no mascot.

There are just better games elsewhere and I don't have enough time to play everything anyway so... Enjoy games from this list though, you seem to have much more time than I do.
