If you really don't know: the mods give people usually undesirable tags after you post about certain things (I was unlucky enough to receive 3 of them Mine is actually supposed to read "MIMICforMod2005" ). But once in a blue moon, they let you pick your own tag (I got of those).

I only ever had a tag in the previous incarnation of the forum, back when I think it was bishop would occasionally create some very temporary tag-giving threads. I had either Beacon of Despair or Lionel Hutz in Training, or maybe both at different times.

I've found the best way to get a tag is to ask Mike_Works. He's usually pretty good about that kind of stuff.
