Anyone with a DS in Japan pick up a connector that hooks into your CPU through USB to act as a Wi-Fi connection? With Mario Kart coming out here tomorrow, I'd really like to play online, but I'm not sure of the best way at my house.

Should I go with a USB connection, or get a wireless router?

I know there are some of you with AC that might already have your DS's up and running on Wi-Fi, so any help is appreciated.

I asked at my local game shop about the USB connecter and they seemed confused as hell (even as I showed them picture of it in the Wi-Fi catalog that THEY gave me).

Anyone?

Get a router for the price.

Then go buy a laptop and enjoy the untethered life.

You can only buy the USB connector online from either Nintendo or other online stores. It's a doddle to use though. I have one myself, as well as my Airport Express for wireless, because the signal from the latter isn't strong enough to cover my whole apartment. The USB connector is easy to set up and gives a good signal for wi-fi play.
