I think it depends on the nature of the offence. Someone in for as many sexual offences as Kelly is won't be seeing the cold light of day until the majority of his sentence has passed, and that's even if he gets parole.
However way you shake it, there's a lot of piss coming his way.
He was found guilty of being the head of what is essentially a child sex ring. He's going down for a long time.
Not actually been sentenced. I think ten is the minimum for now, with life being the maximum and the one he deserves.
I think it's inevitable. With the Epstein case still ongoing, they can't be seen to be letting him walk free — which anything less than ten years can be seen as. I know the US justice system has had its moments of despair, but I have faith in it where Kelly is concerned.
