Actually, I'm going to go ahead and say I've never even been into a donut shop past noon.

WTF are those DD cashiers getting out of being dicks? I never stiffed people I delivered to unless they made a mistake with money. If the order was messed up, hey, it's on the company. Those cashiers aren't being paid shit, yet they want to act like dicks? I woulda probably made a bigger scene than that. I've had to tolerate bullshit like that at Grand Union and their communist ID policy. They didn't want to take my Florida license to get a pack of cigs, so I told them I was gonna go to the gun store, buy a gun, stop by the liqour store and get all boozed up and then come back and demand my fucking cigarettes. My friends were embarassed, but I think my point was made. The manager didn't look too pleased, but other people in the line backed me up. I mean, some pimple-faced little high school kid could have walked in and grabbed a pack of smokes whereas a legit adult like myself was being given stick by someone making minimum wage for a shitty company. Meh, takes all kinds I guess. PEACE.

Yeah, to automatically assume that it involves racism just because the person(s) being screwed over is(are) black is kinda unfair to the people doing the screwing. (In a sense.)

Unless there's small print on the coupon stating that a person can't grab a coupon from the bin to use in a retail outlet, they've got no grounds to stand on. And I don't know how these two dicks could know where the guy got his coupon from.

If they think there's too much coupon scamming going on, get rid of the fucking things altogether.

On my way home from my class at the Daily Center courthouse (I am in law school) at around 8:15pm I stop in the local Dunkin Donuts on Randolph Street. I am waiting in line watching a pretty large African-American guy arguing with two Indian people (a man and a woman) behind the counter.

He is insisting that they honor his two coupons for free small coffees and they are looking at him smugly saying they don't believe they are real. Now, mind you, these coupons are very obviously real. They are on the back of white sox ticket stubs and have obvious perforations. I have used these same coupons countless times. They two people working kind of smile to each other and tell the man that they are not going to take them because they just don't think they are real, and there is nothing he can do about it. Either buy something or leave.

The man who is now visibly upset walks a few steps away from the counter, turns around and tell the two working there..."You fu**ing racist c*cksuckers, I am going to go get my gun and come back here and shoot you in the fucking faces." He then looks at the woman behind the counter and says "I will fu**ing get you... just you f*cking wait...", and then leaves.

Needless to say I got the hell out of there. I was amazed at how the Dunkin Donuts employees were so racist that they figured that they would not honor the African-American guy's obviously valid coupon because they knew he wasn't going to spend any money in there store. Until he threatened to kill the store employees I was squarely on his side! Anyways... strange experience that I thought was worthy of the OT board.
