This is crazy, but it's not as crazy as the fact that Tom Cruise is now three years older than what Wilford Brimley was when Cocoon was released.

Unrelated, but related, I never knew the cast of Grease where supposed to play High Schoolers. Always thought they where College/University students at least until someone told me.

I never payed attention to any details like the school, like why would they be teaching the "bird and the bees" to these grown-ass 6-footers. Oliva Newton John was 30 when she played the role of a high school prima donna Sandy.

That's why Grease is so good, tho. The idiocy of peak Travolta being so thirsty for a woman he joins the track team/Kenicki looking 30 something but having expired condoms...

It's fucking hilarious.
