Should be a good bonus this year. Last year I got 25%, but this year the company (both parent and regional) has both done great all year similar to last. So I expect 25% again. Maybe even more. Earlier this week with Xmas holidays coming soon, we finally got the message from our dept's VP that it's time to relax, we hit the numbers already based on orders already in house, and every financial update has been green arrows during the year anyway. I knew the year would be awesome since I track numbers closely, but good to finally hear it publicly to everyone.

For those of you who've never worked corporate, it's the same messages. VPs and CEO all tow the line all year that even when the year is coming in great, dont let your feet off the gas and gun for it till the end of year. And like every year when the year has been achieved, the December message now of all smiles finally comes in.

i've still to sell Battlefield 2: Modern Combat (PS2), GTA Liberty City Stories (PS2), Turbo Kid blu ray, and some other small things like key rings/card holders and TCG deck boxes.

Someone bought a Blu ray and i stuck another one in for free because it seemed nobody was interested in it. Both were anime movies so I hope they like it. Two people bought a TCG deck box. A single one. The cost of postage means I've not made anything on it so fuck it I put another one in for free to try get rid of them quick. Still got 5 left to shift.

My steam deck auction will end soon. I need to watch how much I make because I don't want to have to fuck about with tax. The limit is £1000 and i've sold £427 so far and the steam deck will likely take it to very close to £1,000.

yeah. if i'm having a lazy day and need to go somewhere quick to pick something up or drop off. i hate wearing socks at home and it seems like too much hassle and effort to stick socks on. usually i'm just getting in the car, not gonna be interacting with people, and will be home in 10-15 mins.

Saw that Ella Purcell doesn't want to do video game adaptations cause she doesn't wanna get pigeonholed. Just watched the 1st 2 episodes of arcane and couldn't tell her or Hailee steinfeld from their voices.

She's too good of an.actress and has had a varied career so far so im surprised she's concerned. There's so many adaptations now too and they are getting better.

i only know of her from Fallout and Arcane. even if she does have a lot of other non gaming credits i still can't blame her. She doesn't want to be the video game girl. It’s not on the mainstream radio or even Kerrang (alternative rock/punk/metal music). if you are able to overlap both images by doing the magic eye, the differences between the 2 images will flicker. it will look like an IRL graphics glitch.

the smaller the image the easier it is to overlap them using magic eye, so zoom out if needed .
the first 2 images down there are really hard to overlap due to lacking standout elements to focus on, but if you're good at magic eye it's possible.

if they are perfectly overlapping you should see the difference flicker/glint and stand out.

maybe try if you can spot the differences in this super hard one here. there are multiple stars different between the left and right, and it's almost impossible to find them without the trick.
with the trick I got about 12, but I think there are more than 12 differences.
